We bought from Victor at Lupain a year ago and it was our best decision ever. Victor and his staff did everything for us dealing with banks, lawyers etc and took any stress away from us. I have just completed on my new apartment in Los Cristianos. Lupain Properties got me an excellent price, and have helped me every step of the way with the mortgage and the paperwork, and afterwards too getting people to redecorate and refurbish the apartment.
