Dear Lupain Tenerife Estate Agents I would like to start this letter with a basic thank you for all you have done to enable me to buy my house in a matter of weeks. You went beyond all expectation of the traditional Estate Agent dealing with all the paper work and making sure everything was correct. After that first enquiry I received a called the same day to answer my questions and go through all the details and everything was explained. If i ever need to buy or sell another house even out of the Los Cristianos area you will be my contact. All the agents seem asleep compared with you.

We bought from Victor at Lupain a year ago and it was our best decision ever. Victor and his staff did everything for us dealing with banks, lawyers etc and took any stress away from us. Not only did it end there they then have helped us with workmen etc when we wanted bathrooms, kitchens etc. Nothing is too much effort and we will definitely buy from them in the future. Just purchased an apartment in Los Cristianos through Lupain. Although the property we wanted to view had just been sold we were shown 4 others within our preferred location and price range.
